Job Summary
The Videographer/Video Editor will be responsible for conceptualizing, filming, editing, and delivering high-quality video content that communicates the company's brand, products, services, campaigns, and corporate messages effectively across digital and marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production:
Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos for marketing, advertising, corporate communications, social media, events, and product campaigns.
Operate professional DSLR cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.
Set up appropriate camera angles, compositions, lighting, and audio to achieve professional visual and sound quality.
Conduct interviews, product demonstrations, testimonials, event coverage, and lifestyle/product shoots.
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to translate concepts and briefs into compelling visual content.
Video Editing & Post-Production:
Edit raw footage into engaging, polished, and brand-compliant videos.
Perform color correction, color grading, sound editing, audio mixing, motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects where required.
Create videos in different formats and aspect ratios for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
Create short-form content, promotional videos, product advertisements, reels, corporate videos, and campaign videos.
Organize, manage, back up, and maintain video project files and media assets.
Creative Development:
Participate in brainstorming sessions, campaign development, storyboarding, script development, and visual concept creation.
Develop creative approaches that improve the storytelling and effectiveness of video content.
Keep up with current cinematography, editing, social media, advertising, and visual-content trends.
Experiment with new production techniques, equipment, editing styles, and AI-powered creative tools where appropriate.
Brand & Marketing Support:
Ensure all video content aligns with the company's brand identity, tone, messaging, and visual standards.
Work closely with the Marketing, Communications, Product, and Creative teams to develop content that supports business objectives.
Create product-focused videos that clearly communicate product features, benefits, and use cases.
Support product launches, promotional campaigns, corporate events, exhibitions, activations, and internal communications.
Production Management:
Plan production requirements, including locations, equipment, lighting, talent, props, schedules, and logistics.
Manage video production from pre-production through filming and post-production.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Maintain and properly handle company production equipment.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of cinematography, camera operation, lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
Ability to operate professional DSLR cameras and related production equipment.
Strong creative and storytelling ability.
Good understanding of social media video formats and content trends.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing production requirements.
