Solidaridad East & Central Africa Regional Communications Manager Jobs in Kenya;Solidaridad East & Central Africa seeks an experienced Regional Communications Manager to lead the regional communications, marketing, visibility and storytelling agenda.Working across countries, programmes and teams, the role translates organisational priorities, evidence, results and learning into compelling stories and communications for donors, partners, governments, businesses, media and other stakeholders.The Manager will also support programme and PMEL teams to turn learning into impactful products, while partnering with Business Development and leadership to develop strong institutional communications, marketing materials and positioning content that strengthen Solidaridad’s influence and reputation across the region.Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the Regional Communications, Marketing and Visibility Strategy.
Strengthen brand positioning, visibility and external reputation.
Translate programme evidence and results into compelling stories and thought leadership.
Provide strategic direction for digital communications, social media, multimedia, publications and media engagement.
Advise leadership on strategic messaging and positioning.
Partner with Business Development to develop donor communications, pitch decks and marketing collateral.
Transform programme evidence and learning into influential communications products.
Strengthen internal communications and organisational alignment.
Lead the regional communications function and build capacity of country focal points.
Manage communications budgets, agencies and external service providers.
