  • We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor in Lagos to oversee and coordinate the smooth execution of construction activities on assigned project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is delivered to the highest quality standards, within scope, and on schedule as directed by the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily construction activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
  • Interpret structural drawings for on-site workers to guide accurate implementation of design requirements
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and workers on site to maintain efficient workflow and timely project delivery.
  • Enforce adherence to safety procedures and best work practices and ensure all workers are equipped with the essential PPE at all times.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with site rules, regulations and company standards.
  • Perform other functions as assigned by the Project Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Building
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Civil Engineering or Building
  • Proven experience with high-rise buildings, blocks of flats, shopping malls, office developments and similar large-scale developments.
  • Must be a resident in Lagos
