The Integrated Solutions Operations Manager is accountable for leading and overseeing Integrated Solutions Wellsite Supervisors across LSTK and Integrated Operations projects.
Serving as the primary customer interface, this role manages multiple wellsites and coordinates Baker Hughes product lines, services, and third-party contractors to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
As Operations Manager you will
Champion Baker Hughes HSE culture and ensure safe, compliant, and incident-free operations.
Provide leadership and oversight for wellsite operations, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, contractual requirements, and operational plans.
Lead HSE investigations, corrective actions, and emergency response readiness activities.
Manage and support Wellsite Supervisors, providing guidance, coaching, and operational direction.
Ensure compliance with Baker Hughes, customer, legal, regulatory, and industry requirements.
Oversee drilling operations, well control practices, drilling fluids, directional drilling, rig systems, and wellsite execution activities.
Coordinate multiple rigs and service providers to achieve operational and project objectives.
Support budget planning, resource utilization forecasting, equipment maintenance, and inspection programs.
Drive operational efficiency through effective problem solving, risk management, and implementation of new technologies and processes.
Build strong customer relationships and serve as the primary escalation point for operational matters.
Support competency development, coaching, assessments, and training plans for field personnel.
Promote collaboration across Product Lines, functions, customers, and third-party contractors to deliver integrated solutions.
To be Successful in this role you should have
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant oil and gas industry experience, including at least 5 years in a Wellsite Leadership role.
Valid IWCF Level 4 Well Control Certification (or equivalent).
Demonstrated experience leading complex drilling and wellsite operations.
Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work rotational assignments and support operations at remote wellsite locations.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
