We are seeking two experienced Shift Millers/Shift Leaders/Shift Supervisors to oversee shift operations in our aqua feed production facility in Ibadan.
The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring efficient production of fish and shrimp feed while maintaining quality, safety, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily shift operations in the aqua feed production line.
Monitor production activities to ensure quality standards and production targets are achieved.
Oversee the operation of feed milling equipment for fish and shrimp feed production.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Troubleshoot production and equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Prepare and maintain accurate production and shift reports.
Lead, train, and supervise production operators during assigned shifts.
Ensure optimal utilization of manpower and production resources.
Requirements
ND / HND in Engineering, Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
5 - 10 years of experience in a Feed Mill, with hands-on experience in Aqua Feed (fish/shrimp feed) production.
Strong knowledge of feed milling operations, production planning, and quality control.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
