Job Summary

  • As the Senior Finance Manager, you will lead financial operations, treasury management, and reporting while ensuring strong financial control, compliance, and data-driven decision-making to support business growth and scalability.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial operations including accounting, reporting, and month-end / year-end closures while maintaining strong internal controls.
  • Manage treasury functions including cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and payment processes.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, providing insights on performance and cost optimization.
  • Prepare financial statements and management reports, delivering analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulators while ensuring compliance with statutory and tax requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 5 - 7 years progressive experience in finance, accounting, and treasury management.
  • Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or ACA is highly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (QuickBooks, Zoho, or ERP tools).
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
