We are seeking accomplished finance professionals with extensive leadership experience to drive financial performance, governance, and strategic decision-making across our business units.
Key Responsibilities
Lead finance operations for fleet, haulage, leasing, and logistics businesses.
Drive profitability through fleet utilization, asset management, and cost optimization.
Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and statutory compliance.
Manage lease accounting, receivables, and working capital.
Provide strategic financial leadership to the business.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B.Sc./HND) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
ICAN, ACCA, or ACA qualification is mandatory.
Minimum of 15 years' experience in Logistics, Haulage, Leasing, or Transportation.
Strong understanding of fleet accounting, asset-intensive operations, and ERP systems.
Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and the Nigerian tax and regulatory environment.
Proficiency in ERP systems.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
