  • We are looking for a driven and highly organised Sales Manager to lead provider acquisition and field execution for our Owerri launch.

Your Role

  • You will be responsible for driving provider acquisition and local growth in Owerri.
  • During SeekProv's initial launch campaign, you will directly supervise our Field Onboarding Agents, monitor their performance, and help them achieve the set growth targets.
  • This is a hands-on role.
  • You will be expected to coach the team, solve field problems, and lead by example by actively participating in acquisition activities.
  • As the temporary field campaign reduces, you will take increasing responsibility for directly driving SeekProv's ongoing provider acquisition, partnerships, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate Field Onboarding Agents.
  • Turn company growth targets into clear daily and weekly field priorities.
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews and provide coaching, feedback, and support to agents.
  • Monitor agent activity, onboarding quality, reliability, and target achievement.
  • Recommend Field Onboarding Agents for contract renewal based on performance.
  • Participate directly in provider acquisition and field activities.
  • Ensure providers are onboarded accurately and according to SeekProv standards.
  • Build relationships with service-provider groups, businesses, communities, and local partners.
  • Identify new acquisition, partnership, and growth opportunities.
  • Work with the Brand Manager on campaigns, activations, and local growth initiatives.
  • Track performance and provide clear weekly reports to management.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, field sales, or team leadership.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and people-management skills.
  • Comfortable leading field teams and working toward clear targets.
  • Strong knowledge of Owerri and its communities.
  • Organised, proactive, resilient and results-driven.
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets, WhatsApp, web dashboards and similar digital tools.
  • Strong spoken and written English; conversational Igbo is an advantage.
  • Must be able to work full-time from Owerri.
  • Experience managing sales representatives, field agents or community-based acquisition teams is an advantage.
