Temsta Systems is looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Officer to help us acquire SME customers and grow our presence in Lagos.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and visit businesses in Lagos
  • Speak with business owners and decision-makers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Temsta solutions
  • Follow up leads through calls, WhatsApp and meetings
  • Prepare quotations and close sales
  • Build referral relationships with accountants, CAC agents, consultants and other SME service providers
  • Maintain a sales pipeline and work towards agreed targets

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, business development or customer acquisition
  • Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable with field sales and approaching new businesses
  • Able to explain digital services in simple business language
  • Familiar with Lagos and willing to travel within assigned areas
  • OND, HND or B.Sc. accepted
  • Experience selling to SMEs is an advantage

Contract Period

  • The initial engagement will run from October to December 2026.
  • Continuation beyond December will be based on performance and business requirements.

You do not need to be an IT expert. Product training will be provided.
