About the Role

  • Leads and oversees C.H.I Limited (Chivita|Hollandia) business operations within the assigned region, managing Regional Teams (Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Executives) and distributors to drive sales performance and achieve regional business objectives.
  • The selected candidates will be based in either Lagos or Benin, managing regional activities and ensuring effective oversight of operations across other locations through regular field visits.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA or MSc in a business-related field is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 7 years' FMCG sales experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role leading sales teams and managing distributors.
  • Proven experience managing large geographical territories and multiple sales channels.
  • Strong understanding of traditional trade structures, including wholesalers, open markets, and neighbourhood retail outlets.
  • Demonstrated experience executing trade promotions, activations, and sales campaigns within complex distribution networks.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and business intelligence tools to drive commercial decisions.
  • Prior experience working within the advertised region and a good understanding of the local market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
