Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification in Data Analytics, Sales Management, or Project Management is an advantage.

Work Experience

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, Commercial Excellence, Business Intelligence, or Sales Performance within an FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution environment.

Knowledge

  • Strong experience using Power BI, Excel, SAP, Salesforce, or similar reporting tools.
  • Experience in sales forecasting, KPI reporting, and distributor performance analysis.
