We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, prepare estimates, and ensure cost-effective project delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, cost analysis, contract administration, and financial control throughout project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and project budgets.
Monitor project costs and ensure projects remain within budget.
Prepare tender and contract documents.
Conduct cost analysis and value engineering for projects.
Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate costs where necessary.
Monitor variations and prepare valuation reports.
Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and consultants for effective project delivery.
Prepare financial and progress reports for management.
Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years relevant work experience.
PMP certification or currently in view is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software.
Good understanding of construction processes and project management.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
