We're looking for a Resident Quantity Surveyor with 10 years' minimum experience to take ownership of:
Cost monitoring & control
Measurement & valuation
Contractor claims & payment applications
BOQ & contract review
Variation tracking
Cost & commercial reporting
Final accounts & project close-out.
Qualifications
NIQS/QSRBN registration and relevant professional certifications will be an advantage.
