Quality Control Engineer Ãâ¢ã‚â€ã‚â“ Real Estate At Cosgrove Investment Limited

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' proven experience in Quality Control within the construction or real estate industry.
• BSc/HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related discipline.
• Membership of a relevant professional body (COREN is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, specifications, and building codes.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects.
• Ability to inspect construction works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Experience in material inspection, testing, quality documentation, and reporting.
• Ability to identify defects, non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Good understanding of QA/QC procedures and construction best practices.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
