Supervise daily production and assembly activities.
Coordinate production teams and effectively allocate manpower.
Monitor production output against targets.
Ensure proper assembly of freezer components according to specifications.
Identify production bottlenecks, defects, downtime, and improvement opportunities.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and safety requirements.
Work closely with Quality Control and Maintenance teams.
Monitor the availability and appropriate use of materials, tools, and equipment.
Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate production staff.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Promote proper housekeeping and 5S practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / HND in Mechanical, Electrical / Electronics, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
3 - 5 years of relevant experience in freezer/refrigerator manufacturing or assembly.
Strong knowledge of production processes and team supervision.
Good understanding of production planning, process control, and quality requirements.
Strong problem-solving and team-management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Candidates with hands-on experience in freezer/refrigerator manufacturing, assembly, or home appliance production are strongly preferred.
Experience in production line supervision, component assembly and testing, quality inspection, process control, and defect analysis will be an advantage.
