Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily production and assembly activities.
  • Coordinate production teams and effectively allocate manpower.
  • Monitor production output against targets.
  • Ensure proper assembly of freezer components according to specifications.
  • Identify production bottlenecks, defects, downtime, and improvement opportunities.

  • Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate production staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree / HND in Mechanical, Electrical / Electronics, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in freezer/refrigerator manufacturing or assembly.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and team supervision.
  • Good understanding of production planning, process control, and quality requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving and team-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Candidates with hands-on experience in freezer/refrigerator manufacturing, assembly, or home appliance production are strongly preferred.
  • Experience in production line supervision, component assembly and testing, quality inspection, process control, and defect analysis will be an advantage.

Verify that the correct product, packaging materials, batch number, artwork, and printed components are available before production. Identify and report machine faults, abnormal operation, product defects, and packaging deviations promptly. Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with Engineering/Maintenance for technical faults beyond the operator's scope. Carry out equipment cleaning, dismantling, assembly, and sanitation according to approved procedures. Maintain accurate production records, equipment logbooks, checklists, and batch packaging documentation.
