Summary

Responsibilities

  • Manage appointments, schedules, and reminders.
  • Organize personal errands, shopping, and bookings.

  • Coordinate travel, appointments, and other personal arrangements.
  • Assist with household and personal administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Trustworthy, discreet, punctual, and reliable.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace/Powerpoint.
  • Flexible and willing to work occasional weekends or outside regular hours when required.

Monitor executive priorities, commitments, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up and completion. Prepare schedules, briefing materials, meeting packs, agendas, presentations, and other documents required by the Executive Team. Serve as a key point of contact between the Executive Team and internal departments and external stakeholders. Manage incoming communications and ensure matters requiring executive attention are appropriately prioritised and escalated.
