Job Summary

  • This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and strategic coordination across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Founder's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and ensure timely responses to emails.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
  • Act as a liaison between the Founder and stakeholders.
  • Track action items and ensure follow-through on commitments.
  • Support in organizing investor ceremonies, board meetings, and other events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a PA/EA in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
