Job Summary

  • As the Field Navigator, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective patients, building referral networks, and promoting timely access to healthcare services within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage eligible patients while building referral networks with hospitals and healthcare professionals.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on available healthcare services and treatment options.
  • Maintain accurate referral records and provide regular updates on patient progress and conversions.
  • Build and sustain relationships with healthcare providers, referral partners, and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND.
  • Previous experience in patient advocacy is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, networking, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace with the ability to use smartphones for reporting and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently, travel within the assigned territory, and maintain accurate records with a high level of professionalism.

Basic knowledge of breast cancer care and healthcare systems in Nigeria. Comfortable using digital tools, mobile data collection platforms, and video conferencing apps. Must be willing to work on the field, with regular travel within Lagos.
