Responsibilities

  • Coordinate import logistics, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and equipment delivery activities
  • Track project timelines, vendor deliverables, and operational milestones to ensure timely execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 2 - 4 years experience in operations, logistics, project coordination, or executive support
  • Experience with import/export operations through Apapa, Tin Can, or Lekki Port is an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian logistics, supply chain, and stakeholder management
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The project will be implemented over a period of 24 months, from September 2026 to August 2028 Description The Procurement and Operations Officer will ensure that all goods, services, and works are procured efficiently, transparently, and in line with donor guidelines, while supporting the smooth execution of project operations.
