We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager who can oversee the day-to-day business operations and function as the right hand to the CEO.
The ideal candidate must have strong real estate and sales experience, proven people-management skills, and the ability to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth execution across departments and alignment with business objectives.
Work closely with the CEO to implement business strategies, improve processes, solve operational challenges and drive company growth.
Lead and manage the team by setting KPIs, monitoring performance, providing direction and ensuring accountability.
Drive real estate sales and business development, including lead generation, client acquisition, negotiations, property sales and achievement of revenue targets.
Monitor business performance, sales activities, expenses and operational efficiency, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations to management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, agents, investors and other key stakeholders.
Identify business opportunities, operational gaps and areas for improvement, and implement solutions that enhance productivity, profitability and customer experience.
Support recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management to build a high-performing and accountable team.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Estate Management, Real Estate, Marketing, Management or a related field.
4 - 6 years' relevant experience, with significant experience in real estate operations, sales or business development.
Proven experience managing and leading a team.
Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and property sales process.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales/revenue targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
Excellent business acumen with the ability to think strategically and execute independently.
Highly organised, proactive, commercially driven and results-oriented.
