Job Overview

YellowDoor Hotels is a boutique property in Abuja built for business executives and discerning leisure travelers. The Night Manager owns everything that happens between 6 PM and 8 AM - guest experience, staff conduct, financial close, and security across both the hotel and The Living Room restaurant. Responsibilities

  • Oversee all hotel and restaurant operations from 6 PM to 8 AM nightly
  • Supervise 3 - 10 night-shift staff across front office, restaurant, and security
  • Resolve guest complaints on the spot and escalate only genuine emergencies
  • Complete accurate end-of-shift financial reconciliation with zero cash discrepancies
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest areas, back-of-house, and surrounding premises
  • Prepare a detailed night report and hand over cleanly to the morning management team
