  • We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring client work is properly planned, resourced, coordinated, quality-checked, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day delivery operations and oversee client projects from briefing to completion.
  • Assign ownership for projects and deliverables and monitor deadlines and dependencies.
  • Manage team workload, capacity, and resource allocation.
  • Run weekly planning and operational check-in meetings.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, account management, growth, and external partners.
  • Establish quality checkpoints and ensure deliverables meet required standards.
  • Identify recurring quality and delivery issues and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • 4 - 6+ years' relevant experience in operations, agency/project delivery, client services, or a similar environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
  • Professional qualification/certification in project or operations management is an advantage.
