Responsibilities
Achieve sales, repayment and impact targets for your zone.
Manage multiple sales channel performance through the business cycle, serving as primary contact for zonal performance.
Provide technical support and training to Shop Assistants and Field Agents via weekly meetings.
Define and manage task planning for Duka Assistants and Tupande Agents.
Oversee management of the tree nursery in the zone with dotted reporting to the Tree Advisor.
Oversee inventory ordering, data entry and merchandising.
Oversee operation control environment at the Duka.
Actively build teams through hiring, training and performance management.
Support planning and implementation of promotion programs.
Assist customers in understanding their needs, articulate differentiators and (adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).push({});buying journeys.

Qualifications
1+ years’ experience in sales, partner or channel manager role.
Demonstrated ability to consistently work towards strategic goals.
Knowledge in data analysis and inventory management.
Proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel.
