Key Responsibilities
Lead development and continuous update of 5year rolling forecasts and financial models.
Ensure alignment on financial, operational, and impact assumptions between Country Director and Global Finance.
Act as primary financial advisor for strategic initiatives, providing recommendations backed by sensitivity analyses.
Direct monthly financial reporting and Budget vs. Actual (BVA) processes.
Provide targeted analysis and performance updates to senior leadership.Grants Management
Direct lifecycle of grants, ensuring compliance with donor requirements.
Oversee accurate reporting and enhance tracking systems.
Lead donor budget reports and forecasts; monitor grant spending.
Manage fund flow models to guarantee operational liquidity.
Act as liaison between Finance, Field, and Fundraising teams.Compliance & Control
Lead preparation and timely filing of Ugandaspecific tax returns and statutory obligations.

Strengthen financial integrity by identifying control weaknesses and risk exposures.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Over 4 years’ progressive experience in finance, consulting, or strategic advisory.
Full professional qualification in ACCA or CPA (U).
Experience managing multicurrency grants from major donors.
Fluency in Power BI and Google Sheets; intermediate Excel modeling skills.
