ACET Background

The African Center for Economic Transformation (ACET) is an economic policy institute supporting Africa’s long-term growth through transformation. We produce research, offer policy advice, and galvanize action for African countries to develop their economies, reduce poverty, and improve livelihoods for all their people. We are the pre-eminent African organization advancing African solutions to African challenges.

Background and Objective

ACET’s Communication, Knowledge Management and Advocacy function plays a key role in putting ACET’s invaluable work in the hands of policymakers and other stakeholders who need it to help in their decision-making and policy formulation. ACET’s communications team is active across the organisation, helping to shape research results, identifying and highlighting relevant messages and ensuring that our audience receives our analysis in an accessible and easy-to-understand form.

ACET’s communications team undertakes several activities to position ACET as the go-to thought leader and preeminent institution on economic transformation in Africa.

To support this mission, ACET seeks to recruit a communications NSP to augment the team and provide digital and administrative support.
