The MFS Manager plays a pivotal role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making within the Telecel Cash Function at Telecel Ghana. Reporting to the Financial Operations Head under the CFO, this position serves as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all financial matters across consumer business units, acting as a strategic partner in shaping commercial outcomes.
The role demands full ownership of financial planning, forecasting, performance analytics, and business intelligence, ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable insights across all product lines and segments. With responsibility for P&L management, budgeting, incentive planning, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration, the MFS Manager ensures alignment with business objectives while driving operational efficiency, cost control, and revenue optimization. The position is central to enabling data-driven decisions, competitive responsiveness, and sustainable growth within a dynamic telecoms environment.

Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, with at least 4 years in middle management roles overseeing independent business units.
Proven experience in a fast-paced technology or telecoms environment, with in-depth knowledge of mass consumer markets.
Part-qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA – Ghana, UK, or equivalent ECOWAS institute) or MBA from a highly reputable university.
Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of managing complexity in fluid, high-pressure environments.
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards while managing multiple priorities.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and lead across diverse functions at all levels.
Proven leadership of medium-sized, high-impact teams, preferably with financial or commercial expertise.
Deep understanding of political and business sensitivities in a commercial setting.
Ambitious, proactive individual committed to long-term career development and succession planning within Telecel Ghana Finance.
