Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5 - 10 years of senior management experience in the financial services industry, preferably in lending, fintech, microfinance banking, or commercial banking
  • Proven track record as a Country Manager, Managing Director, or similar senior leadership role within a regulated financial institution
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian financial services landscap, lending operations, and collections/recovery practices.
