Key Responsibilities
Develop and update training materials and curriculum based on CBET.
Create course outlines, lesson plans, and instructional resources.
Enroll and instruct students in Basic and Advanced computer courses.
Conduct training sessions, assessments, and practical exercises.
Provide career guidance and supervision to students.
Manage training materials and ensure effective delivery.
Monitor attendance, progress, and retention.
Submit weekly and monthly reports; prepare lists for certification.
Maintain confidentiality and manage biometric attendance systems.
Collect Means of Verification (MOV) per M&E plan.IT Support & Infrastructure
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and maintain IT assets.
Train staff on Office 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams).
Assist in managing Microsoft Azure, servers, and networks.
Implement internet usage policies and ensure compliance.
Maintain documentation, (adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).push({});backups, and disaster recovery processes.
Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and enforce security.
Resolve LAN/WAN connectivity issues and prepare IT reports.Collaboration
Work closely with Livelihoods instructors and team.
Participate in activity management meetings and beneficiary followup.Reporting
Report to the Economic Inclusion and Livelihood Coordinator.
Receive technical guidance from Kampala Project IT Officer.Qualifications & Competencies
Qualifications & Competencies
BSc/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or Information Systems.
CCNA or equivalent certification.
MCSE/MCSA or equivalent certification; EMS a plus.
Proven IT Technician experience with diagnostic/problemsolving skills.
Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure identity management.
Experience with Office 365 services and ICT project management.
Strong communication, instructional delivery, and curriculum implementation skills.
Experience in ICT audits, hardware/software acquisition, and policy creation.Personal Qualities
