Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS) is a Catholic Church-based international humanitarian organization with presence in over 55 countries around the world with a mission to accompany, serve and advocate for the rights of refugees and forcibly displaced persons. JRS works wherever the needs of refugees, internally displaced persons and other vulnerable communities are urgent and unattended.
In Nigeria, JRS provides a wide range of humanitarian and development assistance, including protection, education, health, livelihoods, peacebuilding, shelter and rehabilitation, and other support services for internally displaced persons (IDPs), refugees, returnees, forcibly displaced persons and host communities.
JRS Nigeria is therefore inviting suitably qualified and reputable suppliers, contractors, consultants and service providers to submit applications for prequalification for the provision of goods, works and services for its programmes and operations in North West, Nigeria for the period September 30th, 2026, to September 29, 2028.

ELIGIBILITY AND SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Interested and suitably qualified suppliers, contractors and service providers are encouraged to submit their applications with the following documents:
Evidence of valid company registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN)/TAX ID.
Evidence of tax clearance/tax compliance, where applicable.
Company profile indicating the nature and scope of business.
Evidence of company bank account details.
Copies of relevant contracts, Local Purchase Orders (LPOs), purchase orders or completion certificates for similar works/services executed within the last three years, where applicable.
Evidence of previous experience with reputable organizations, NGOs, government institutions or corporate organizations, where applicable.
At least one or more verifiable client references for similar goods, works or services provided.
Bank reference letter or other evidence of financial capacity, where applicable.
Company letterhead clearly indicating the registered business address, telephone number(s), email address and contact person.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR APPLICANTS
Suppliers, contractors and service providers may apply for more than one category, provided they have the required capacity and experience.
Applicants applying for multiple categories should clearly indicate each category/lot number and description for which they are applying.
Applicants are required to submit a complete set of supporting documents for each category applied for, where applicable.
Submission of an application does not constitute a contract, purchase order or guarantee of future business with JRS.
Only suppliers, contractors and service providers who meet JRS's prequalification requirements will be included in the relevant vendor database.
JRS reserves the right to verify the information and references provided by applicants and may conduct due diligence before final selection.
JRS reserves the right to accept or reject any application, in whole or in part, without assigning any reason.
Successful applicants may be contacted as and when their goods, works or services are required during the prequalification period.
Only shortlisted/prequalified suppliers, contractors and service providers will be contacted. Applicants who are not selected will be notified by email thereafter.
