About the Role

  • Zagus Power Systems Limited is expanding! We are looking for a organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Inventory Officer to manage our central warehouse operations, track equipment, and streamline our supply chain logistics in Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock Control & Auditing: Conduct daily stock counts, run periodic inventory audits, and reconcile physical inventory with digital records to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Warehouse Management: Maintain a safe, systematic, and secure store environment for power equipment, spare parts, and specialized tools.
  • Logistics & Dispatch: Inspect incoming vendor shipments, report discrepancies, and authorize stock releases for client projects and field deployments.
  • Inventory & Asset Tracking: Monitor min/max stock thresholds for high-demand components (batteries, inverters, circuit breakers, cables) to prevent project downtime.
  • Documentation: Manage Goods Received Notes (GRN), waybills, and store issue vouchers, generating weekly/monthly inventory consumption reports.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with technical operations, logistics, and finance to eliminate stock slippage and optimize asset utilization

What We Are Looking For

  • Education: HND or B.Sc. in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 - 3+ years of hands-on experience in inventory control or warehouse management (electrical, technical, or engineering sector experience is a major plus).
  • Tech Stack: Proficiency in ERP/inventory software (Zoho Inventory, Sage, QuickBooks, etc.) and advanced MS Excel.
  • Key Traits: Strong numerical aptitude, high attention to detail, and knowledge of safety standards.
  • Demographics: Male candidates (to support balanced gender representation across our physical field operations teams and for heavy lifting)
