Key Responsibilities Operations & Maintenance Lead the operation and maintenance of all ICSS systems (DCS, ESD, F&G, PLC, SCADA) to ensure maximum reliability and safety of the FPSO. Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks in alignment with maintenance plans and OEM recommendations. Troubleshoot complex ICSS failures and provide root cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions. Manage ICSS software updates, patches, and backups to maintain integrity and cybersecurity compliance. Ensure the implementation of functional safety standards (IEC 61508 / IEC 61511). Validate and approve system modifications, logic changes, and engineering requests. Team Leadership & Coordination Supervise and mentor the ICSS and Instrumentation technicians offshore.
