Key Responsibilities
Develop, interpret, and communicate HR policies aligned with Kenyan Labour Laws.
Manage disciplinary cases, grievances, workplace conduct issues, and appeals.
Maintain accurate documentation of employee relations cases.
Support organizational change initiatives while safeguarding engagement and compliance.
Provide guidance to managers on fair and compliant handling of employee matters.
Participate in disciplinary hearings as a panel member.
Manage relationships with employee representatives and workplace committees.
Maintain confidential disciplinary records via ER tracker.
Contribute to periodic review and update of HR Manual.Performance Management
Coordinate performance review schedules and communications.
Support employees and managers with the performance management process.
Track progress and ensure timely completion of reviews.
Maintain accurate performance data and generate reports.
Assist in goal setting, feedback collection, and review logistics.Employee Wellness & Engagement
Support execution of Employee Wellness Programme and inclusion initiatives.
Coordinate diversity forums, employee resource groups, and engagement activities.
Plan and execute recognition programmes at organizational and departmental levels.
Develop communication materials on wellness and engagement initiatives.
Deliver against defined performance objectives aligned to HR strategy.Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Membership with IHRM required.
CHRPK certification an added advantage.Experience

3–4 years’ HR generalist experience with focus on employee relations, performance, and wellness.
Solid knowledge of Kenyan Labour Laws.
Experience handling disciplinary cases and coordinating with employee representatives.
Experience supporting employee engagement, recognition, and wellness initiatives.Competencies
