Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of Trade Test 1-3 certification
  • Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
  • Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces.
  • Commitment to safety and quality.

  • Very good communication skills

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of three (3) years experience as a HVAC Technician is preferred.

Support chiller-specific tasks: water treatment checks, pump and cooling-tower inspection, and load monitoring. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and defect reports using the facility's CMMS/CAFM platform. Respond promptly to HVAC-related emergency call-outs, including out-of-hours where required. Follow safe isolation and permit-to-work procedures at all times; no bypassing of safety systems under any circumstance. Liaise with the HVAC Lead/Chief Engineer on parts requisition, defect escalation, and PPM scheduling. Qualifications Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 5 - 10 years experience.
