Requirements Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Medicine. Must be a Registered Nurse or Medical Doctor with relevant professional registration. Proven experience as a healthcare trainer, clinical educator, nurse educator or facilitator. A recognized training/teaching/facilitation qualification from an accredited institution is highly desirable. Demonstrable experience delivering practical, competency-based healthcare training. Experience training healthcare assistants, caregivers, nurses or other healthcare professionals. Strong knowledge of practical healthcare procedures and patient-care standards.
