Requirements Auxiliary Nurse, Healthcare Assistant qualification, or relevant healthcare training. Previous experience in elderly care, nursing homes, hospitals, or home-care services is an advantage. Compassionate, patient, respectful, and dependable. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively under the supervision of Registered Nurses. Physically capable of assisting residents with mobility and daily activities.
