  • Set the annual growth plan, including blended and per-vertical targets for customer acquisition, AUM, transaction volume, mandate wins, and revenue.
  • Directly line-manage the BNPL Growth Manager, the Investment Growth Manager, and the HNI Growth Manager, holding each to the KPIs appropriate to their vertical.
  • Run a structured weekly operating cadence, pipeline reviews, performance dashboards, and blocker resolution that keeps the three verticals on track and surfaces issues early.
  • Build and maintain the firm's shared growth infrastructure, analytics stack, experimentation framework, lifecycle, and CRM platform, attribution model, and reporting dashboards, on which all three verticals draw.
  • Partner with the Head of Operations to ensure that growth wins on the BNPL platform are operationally deliverable, that merchant partnerships translate into clean operational integrations, and that customer-acquisition velocity is matched by approval and fulfilment capacity.

  • Master's degree (MBA) is an advantage.
  • Continuing professional development in growth leadership - Reforge, Google / Meta growth programmes, INSEAD, LBS, or equivalent - is welcome.

  • Hands-on (and previously hands-on) command of the full digital-funnel growth craft: performance marketing, SEO, ASO, lifecycle and CRM, content, conversion-rate optimisation, and structured experimentation.
  • Strong personal command of growth analytics and unit economics; able to challenge a Manager's data, not just receive it.
  • Demonstrable success in building and leading multi-disciplinary growth teams, including direct line management of senior managers.
  • Experience operating in regulated financial services in Nigeria or comparable markets, including familiarity with CBN, SEC, and conduct regulations relevant to consumer finance and retail investment.
