To conduct laboratory testing of glaze, pulp/slurry, and ceramic raw materials to ensure they meet the required quality specifications and support efficient production operations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct testing of glaze, pulp/slurry, and ceramic raw materials.
Test key parameters including density, viscosity, moisture, and fineness.
Prepare samples and perform laboratory tests in accordance with established procedures.
Accurately record, analyze, and report test results in a timely manner.
Identify and report materials that do not meet the required specifications.
Support production in identifying and resolving material and quality-related issues.
Maintain laboratory equipment, cleanliness, and proper sample storage.
Comply with laboratory safety procedures and ensure proper use of PPE.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering,Ceramic Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
1 - 3 years of relevant experience in a laboratory, quality control, manufacturing, or related environment.
