The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, with a strong focus on revenue generation, client acquisition, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across the construction, architecture, and interior design sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), corporate organizations, developers, consultants, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead the Business Development and Marketing teams to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and customer retention.
  • Prepare and present compelling business proposals, tenders, and commercial presentations to prospective clients.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and identify new markets to expand the Company's client base and market presence.
  • Monitor sales performance, business pipelines, and revenue forecasts, providing regular reports and recommendations to Management.
  • Collaborate with the Projects, Architecture, and Finance teams to ensure seamless project handover and excellent client experience.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Establish and monitor sales KPIs while coaching and mentoring team members to achieve outstanding performance.

Basic requirements

  • A bachelor's in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in Sales Industry related role.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role
  • Experience within the construction, engineering, or architectural sector will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in people and business management.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Proven experience in managing high-value client relationships, especially within the High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) segment.
