Job Summary

The Finance Analyst at Sunbeth Healthcare, an associate company of Sunbeth Global Concepts, is responsible for supporting financial control, cost management, regulatory fee assurance, cash planning, and financial reporting for the company's programmes and operations. The role will ensure accurate landed-cost analysis, effective budget monitoring, proper intercompany cost allocation, and timely financial insights to support business decisions.

Job Details

  • Monitor expenditure against approved regulatory project budgets and shared costs, and prepare monthly variance reports.
  • Reconcile NAFDAC, PCN, and SON invoices against approved fee schedules and flag discrepancies.
  • Manage expediting provisions, ensuring compliance with approval, reconciliation, and documentation controls.
  • Develop and maintain per-SKU landed-cost models, including CIF, duties, VAT, clearing, port, and logistics costs.
  • Maintain programme cash-flow projections and provide advance visibility on funding requirements.
  • Prepare and provide the financial section of the weekly programme report to the Programme Manager.

Requirements

  • Degree in accounting, finance or economics.
  • ICAN or ACCA (qualified or in progress) is an advantage.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
  • Financial analysis and import cost modelling experience (CIF, duties, VAT, clearing).
  • Exposure to budget control on projects with external regulators or auditors is an advantage.
  • Strong Excel modelling; builds models others can audit.
  • Disciplined on controls; comfortable saying no to non-compliant spend.
  • Clear, concise financial reporting for non-finance readers.
