Job Summary

  • The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior management.
  • The role involves managing schedules, coordinating communications, preparing documents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, review, and process correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Take and distribute minutes during meetings.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of management.
  • Maintain confidential records and ensure proper documentation and filing.
  • Support project coordination and follow-ups to ensure timely execution.
  • Handle administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or any relevant discipline.
  • 0-2 years relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin Officer, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications.
