Location: Life Camp/Paradise Estate - Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

  • As an Enterprise Account Manager for our Fiber Network Operator (FNO), you will be responsible for managing and developing the sales channels for our estate's fiber network services.
  • You will be working with various stakeholders, such as Facility Managers, Estate Agents, Resellers (where applicable), and other partners to create and implement effective sales strategies that will increase revenue and expand the company's customer base.
  • You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that estate activation sales goals are met, and that our subscribers within assigned estates receive the necessary support to guarantee an enhanced experience.

Responsibilities

  • Grow subscriber activation base within estates/businesses in Abuja, FCT, or any other location as may be assigned
  • Develop and implement enterprise sales plans and initiatives to achieve revenue targets by increasing subscriber activations and acquisition of new estates/businesses
  • Monitor competitor activity to identify potential threats and opportunities for our BluNet within assigned estates and/or marketplace in general.
  • Foster communication with facility managers, estate agents, security personnel, and other strategic partners, building and maintaining strong relationships to drive sales and business growth within assigned estates/businesses
  • Manage estates/businesses performance (availability, revenue etc.) and provide regular performance reporting to management
  • Oversee account profiles of assigned estates/businesses, ensuring that BluNet services meet the required standards, and that all contractual obligations are met.
  • Train 3rd party partners and their staff (facility managers, estate agents, etc.) on BluNet products and services, pricing model, etc
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide partners with the necessary awareness, knowledge, marketing materials, and support to promote and sell our products and services
  • Ensure estates/businesses are compliant with contractual and operational requirements, and that any issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings to maintain relationships and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • HND or Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or related fields
  • Proven experience as an SME or Channel Manager or a similar role in the telecommunications industry
  • Experience developing and implementing successful enterprise sales strategies in the telecommunications industry
  • Experience with Splynx and Agility or other CRM software is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Computer literacy (MS Excel proficient).
