Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and monitor project execution schedules to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Master's Degree is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Professional registration with COREN is required.
  • Membership of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) is required.
  • PMP Certification is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of construction project planning, scheduling, budgeting, project controls, and contract administration.
  • Experience using project scheduling and reporting software (Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
