Collection & Recovery Officer At Mwananchi Credit Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of delinquent loan accounts and drive timely recovery
• Conduct calls, follow-ups and field visits to negotiate repayment plans with defaulting clients
• Carry out skip tracing to locate customers who have become unreachable
• Liaise with auctioneers and legal teams on repossession and recovery of collateral where required

Must Have Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience in collections/recovery, preferably in microfinance or banking
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in collections software/CRM and MS Excel/reporting tools
