Responsibilities
Lead grant management and compliance across NTD portfolio.
Review budgets, workplans, procurement plans and donor reports.
Oversee subaward management and compliance monitoring.
Identify and mitigate compliance risks.Portfolio Performance & Risk Management
Monitor portfolio performance, budget utilisation and milestones.
Lead portfoliolevel financial oversight and risk management.
Provide strategic analysis and recommendations.Donor Relations & Stewardship
Manage donor relationships and serve as key programmatic interface.
Contribute to donor stewardship, resource mobilisation and business development.
Provide programme performance and compliance information to support engagement.Coordination & Support
Coordinate grant compliance across country teams and CBM functions.
Provide strategic and operational support to country programmes.
Capture and share lessons learned to strengthen portfolio effectiveness.Requirements
Requirements
Relevant academic degree in International Development, Public Health or related field.
Substantial experience in grants management within multicountry donorfunded programmes.
Experience managing institutional donor compliance frameworks.
Strong (adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).push({});knowledge of NTD landscape and major donors.
Experience managing subaward agreements with partners.
Experience working across multiple country offices in international environments.
Strong donorfacing communication skills.
Excellent organisational, analytical and crosscultural relationshipbuilding skills.
Professional proficiency in English and French.
Willingness to travel internationally and work flexibly across time zones.
