Mandatory Experience selling software products and Must reside in Lagos Strategic Responsibilities Develop a portfolio growth strategy focused both on financial growth for the company and satisfaction for the customers Develop and maintain long term customer relationships and cultivate new client relationships Shape and win new business through focus on customer value and the competitive environment Develop and implement customer management / communication plans Establish an understanding of customer decision drivers, strategies, objectives and buying habits Maintain intelligence on market conditions, costing, and trends through industry relationships, research, and active engagement in industry activities Create strategies to attracting potential customers and maintain productive relationships with them Contributes to and prepare periodic marketing plans and reports to Chief Marketing Officer in line with departmental sales target to achieve set goals Operational Responsibilities Lead the client proposal process including, proposal development, commercial and contractual terms, proposal presentations and contract negotiations Execute marketing strategies to meet and exceed the set revenue targets Initiate and execute marketing activities to prospective clients, following up on leads and converting to sales Deliver presentation and demos to prospective clients in line with growth objectives in order to create product awareness and convert to sales Manage effectively client relationship by attending clients' meetings, serving as an interface between clients and the technical team and ensuring that approved Service Level Agreements are adequately met. Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR. Provide first line support to clients based on the terms of contracts to achieve prompt resolution of customer complaints. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customers in line with company requirements to ensure accurate database of clients in the portfolio. Ensure that Service Level Agreements are prepared in collaboration with the development team in line with business requirements; and implemented to meet customers' expectations.
