Set and drive YDN’s sportfordevelopment strategy, overseeing leagues, coaching and youth participation.
Manage CFK Africa’s Kibera FCs, ensuring coaching standards, competitive performance and safeguarding.
Lead design and launch of Slum Sports Digital Platform.
Build partnerships with federations, clubs, scouts, schools and scholarship providers.
Develop proposals and sustainability pathways including sponsorship and platformbased models.
Lead and motivate program officers, coaches and volunteers.
Manage budgets and donor compliance; define indicators for participation, retention and talent progression.Requirements
Requirements
Master’s degree in sports management, development studies, public health, education or social sciences (Bachelor’s with exceptional experience may be considered).
7+ years’ progressive experience in sportfordevelopment or youth programming.
Demonstrated success leading or transforming programs in informal contexts.
Proven track record managing multidonor budgets.
Experience building partnerships and mobilizing resources.
Experience commissioning or managing digital platforms.
