Responsibilities
Organize and lead MEAL activities in line with CRS standards and donor requirements.
Ensure learning accompanies project activities throughout the cycle.
Support accountability through reflection and learning activities.Feedback & Complaints Mechanism
Lead rollout and implementation of Feedback, Complaints and Response Mechanism (FCRM).
Actively seek and respond to community feedback.Data Collection & Reporting
Support collection, validation and reporting of project data through national systems.
Work with government counterparts to improve data quality and use.Consultations & Capacity Strengthening
Facilitate consultations with government and stakeholders to identify MEAL system gaps.
Support development and implementation of capacity strengthening plans.
Provide mentoring to government MEAL personnel and partners.Coordination & Relationship Management
Oversee MEAL relationships with stakeholders.
Serve as liaison between project team and local actors.
Identify and respond to stakeholder information needs.Monitoring & Inspections
Supervise MEAL processes at project sites.
Track resource use and (adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).push({});conduct budget reviews.Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
Ensure timely documentation of MEAL activities.
Prepare trend analysis reports, case studies and promising practices.RequirementsEducation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required Master’s preferred.Experience
Minimum 5 years in MEAL or related field.
Strong understanding of child protection, family strengthening and social service systems.
Experience with governmentled monitoring and information systems.Skills & Abilities
