Responsibilities
Support coordination and implementation of assigned project activities.
Ensure alignment with CRS quality principles, donor requirements and good practices.Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor challenges and gaps to inform adjustments.
Assist partners in reflecting on project experiences.
Collaborate with partners to prepare reports per schedule.Accountability & Evaluation
Coordinate project evaluation activities.
Support partners in data collection and analysis.Capacity Building
Collect information on staff and partner capacity needs.
Monitor technical assistance and capacity building activities.Documentation & Learning
Complete project documentation for assigned activities.
Identify information for case studies and promising practices.RequirementsEducation
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Child Protection or (adsbygoogle=window.adsbygoogle||[]).push({});related field.Experience
Minimum 3 years in child protection, family strengthening or project implementation.Skills & Abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Observation, active listening and analysis skills.
Strong relationship management with partners and communities.
Attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness.
Proactive, resultsoriented and serviceoriented mindset.Languages
