Position Overview

  • The Business Support Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Business Service Manager by coordinating offshore personnel documentation, expatriate immigration processes, regulatory compliance documentation, travel logistics, and insurance administration.
  • The role ensures timely processing of operational requirements, supports business continuity, and maintains compliance with statutory and client requirements while serving as a key operational support resource.

Qualification Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related discipline.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years post-NYSC work experience in an administrative, HR, or operations support role.
  • Exposure to visa processing, travel coordination and insurance is an advantage.
