Key Responsibilities Identify and Analyze Current Processes: Understand the problems / needs from business executives, product managers, operations managers and business users. Deep dive into existing banking processes to pinpoint areas of inefficiency, waste, or risk. Process Mapping: Develop clear and concise process maps and flowcharts to visually represent the current state of each process. Performance Measurement and Bottleneck Identification: Utilize data analysis tools to identify bottlenecks, cycle times, and error rates within processes. Conduct gap analysis and impact assessment for changes. Process Improvement Recommendations: Utilize data-driven insights and benchmarks to propose sustainable solutions that meet business needs, while ensuring that risk is kept to a minimum, and internal audit requirements are met. Understand technology solutions to business problems and communicate the solutions back to the business. Lead brainstorming sessions and workshops within the Process Re-engineering team to generate new ideas and concepts.
